Delays

Incorrect Information

  • Please make sure your shipping details are correct at checkout. CloudWrap Store is not responsible for undelivered packages caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

  • We will do our best to assist in resolving the issue, but additional shipping costs may apply if the package needs to be resent.

 

 

Please note that we are not responsible for delivery delays caused by shipping carrier issues or external factors beyond our control. In the event of such delays, returns or full refunds will not be accepted. For orders placed with Free Shipping, no compensation will be provided for late arrivals. For orders with paid shipping, we will only refund the original shipping costs to your account as a gesture of goodwill.
