At CloudWrap, we want you to shop with confidence. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you may request a return within 7 days of receiving your item.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging and box. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, please contact us at info@cloudwrap.shop .Returns must first be approved before being sent back. Items sent without prior return authorization will not be accepted.
Please note that we are not responsible for delivery delays caused by shipping carrier issues or external factors beyond our control. In the event of such delays, returns or full refunds will not be accepted. For orders placed with Free Shipping, no compensation will be provided for late arrivals. For orders with paid shipping, we will only refund the original shipping costs to your account as a gesture of goodwill.
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it.
We cannot accept returns on:
Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)
Custom or personalized items
Personal care goods (such as beauty products)
Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
Sale items or gift cards

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, please contact us.
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you if the refund has been approved. If approved, you’ll be refunded to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note, it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
